Tryout Process

Metro Soccer Club is an organization that is committed to the development of young people. Development is a lengthy process that requires patience, self-discipline, correct attitude and full time commitment from all involved: the club the players and the parents.In order for us to be successful we have to build a team of people dedicated to this ultimate goal. Besides evaluating the players current technical and tactical abilities, we will be evaluating their potential in acquiring those skills, their attitude, work ethics, personality and their parents expectation of the experience. It is up to the coach at the end of the selection process, to decide which candidates fit the puzzle best.
